Week-end short-lets are available at 5/7th of weekly rate
Mid-week short-lets at 4/7th of weekly rate.
Subject to minimum letting fee £300 (2012).
Longer lets are also a possibility at reduced rates - please give us a call to discuss.
Discount of 20% for couples (on whole week price only, not available high season).
The rental covers: Accommodation for up to 6 people; Linen (duvets) changed weekly; Oil for central heating; electricity and solid fuel.
Pets are admitted by arrangement (£20 cleaning charge).
Non returnable deposit of 10% of the rental is payable on booking; balance payable 4 weeks before holiday starts. We also ask for a £75 housekeeping deposit at the time of settling the balance. This is returnable providing you leave the property in the condition in which you found it.
